Kundalinimeditation

Följande text har jag kopierat fran RaviAnas Facebook group disskussions sida. Jag har blivit farsinerad av kraften hos Kundalini Yogas meditationer. Jag har ännu inte lyckats halla ut en meditation i 40 dagar. Förutom att jag har gjort Maya Fiennes Root Chakra och Second Chakra workouts sa länge, har jag ocksa provat Kirtan Kria men slutade efter 22 dagar. Den var extremt verksam, vilket gjorde väckte mitt egomotstand. Men jag tänker inte ge upp pa mig själv.
Denna text klistrar jag in här för att den skall vara lite mer lättfunnen för mig själv sa att jag kan motiveras till att fullfölja kundalinimeditationer i framtiden.

"According to yoga:


Three minutes of an exercise or meditation balances the electromagnetic field, circulation, and blood chemistry.

WIthin seven minutes of an exercise or meditation brain patterns begin to entrain and your magnetic field is strengthened so that the positive benefits of the technique can be translated through the particulars of your health and life .

11 minutes of a meditation begin to optimize and balance our nervous and glandular systems.

22 minutes of a meditation balances the three aspects of mind (Negative, Positive and Neutral) so the subconscious can divest itself of old concepts and a new template for health and well being can emerge.

When practing a meditation for 31 minutes the glands, breath, and concentration to optimize the cells and bring our body’s internal rhythms into harmony. The glandular system comes into balance, and the glands’ etheric counterparts (the chakras) are also brought into balance.

62 minutes of meditation stimulates the gray matter of the brain as well as the frontal lobe, pituitary and pineal glands. You are essentially penetrating beyond the physical body,emotions and mental conditioning and are in communion with your most exalted Self. The subconscious "shadow mind," is illuminated and a new range of creative possibilities becomes available to you.

2 1/2 hours of meditation transforms our psyches as our subconscious minds are confirmed in the new pattern of drawing on data supplied by the Universal Mind. This process can completely transform our psyches. We make look the same and act the same, but our lives our informed by elevated spirits and our activities, however mundane, bring a new beauty to the world.

When we practice a meditation for 40 days sequentially, we can transform any habitual behavior. 40 days represents a cycle of the psyche. Each day over a 40 day span, we are accessing a different node of memory, conditioning, and self-orientation. There will invariably be days when the last thing we feel like doing is meditating, or when we feel the most resistance. Those are the days when we are actually clearing the most “stuff.”

When we practice a meditation for 90 days sequentially we can confirm a new habit and put old habits to rest.

When we practice a meditation for 120 days sequentially we can integrate the new behavior and the new behavior in turn can define us.

When we practice a meditation for 1000 days sequentially, we can be said to have mastered that technique. Of course, we have to practice it masterfully."
