Från helt fantastiska Jeddah Mali, vars mediationer jag gör när jag sitter på tåget fram och tillbaka på jobbet numera. Jag är fortfarande lite jet laggad av att behöva gå upp kl5 och resa i två timmar. Men jobbet är bra.
